Frames: Available here
Step 1.
Contents of frame kit = top bar, 2 x side bars & 2 x bottom bars.
Optional: Frame nail pack Available here
Ram Pin Available here
Foundation Available here
Step 2.
Remove precut section from top bar (trim off with stanley knife)
Step 3.
Attach side bars to top bar ensuring that the slots for the foundation ( available here ) are facing each other. Nail in place. This job is made extremely easy by using the Ram Pin tool.
Attach one of the bottom bars.
Step 4.
Slide foundation sheet into slots. Ensure that the wire forms the shape of an M not a W (ie 2 loops on top and 3 on the bottom)
Step 5.
Insert second bottom bar.

National Hive Brood Box:
Step 1.
Contents of brood box kit:
2 x sides (notched), 2 x sides (flat with angled top), 2 x stepped bars & 2 x angled bars
Step 2.
*Please note the notched sides have a top and bottom.
Insert angled bars (bottom) into notches. Ensure that the flat bottom of the bar is flush with the bottom of the side. If it is'nt the bar is in the wrong end of the side.
Step 3.
Insert stepped bars to other end of side.
Step 4.
Add other side
Step 5.
Slide flat side into place with angle to the top. Keep the bottom of the angle flush with the step. Use wood screws to hold together.
Step 6.
Make cup of tea and admire work.
