ISOLATOR CAGE FRAME

Isolators are used for separating the queen-bee and contol queen brooding. The isolator is made from queen-excluder (of 4,3mm wire spacing). The distance between excluder s wires allows worker bees to pass through but not the larger queens and drones. Queen-bee is restricted inside the isolator. Isolator is made entirely of metal. We have developed our own isolator design, which is highly appreciated by customers. It is made from a single excluder, U-shaped, connected to metal sides by rivets. It is a stable, rigid and very durable construction. Wire diameter 1,8mm, column width 8,5mm, thickness of excluder 3,2mm, distance between wires in the excluder is 4,3mm We offer additional equipment: matching cover lid made of galvanized steel.
